Born and raised in Orangeville, Ontario, Karen has lived in the Banff for close to 30 years. She has been married to Carsten for 22 years and has worked with CBS Financial Directions for the last five years. Karen believes that as a local Bow Valley company CBS Financial Directions is well versed in who their clients are and how to best meet their varied needs.

Managing the marketing efforts for CBS, Karen’s role includes taking care of promotion and client relations. In addition to her role at CBS, Karen is proud to be the Mayor of Banff.

Karen states her most important job is being a mom to Bjerre, Eric and Connor and couldn’t think of a better place to raise her family than in Banff, the most beautiful place in the world!
