Arlene has lived in Banff for over twenty years and came to work with the CBS team in January 2005 after operating the Banff H & R Block office for 11 years.

Arlene’s role at CBS Financial Directions is to assist in ensuring that the needs of our clients are met and that they receive the kind of exemplary service we have come to be known for.

"Customer service is based on good customer relationships and I work hard to create great relations with our new clients and maintain our rapport with our longtime customers."

On a more personal note Arlene and her husband Bill have two daughters Nathalie and Sarah. Arlene is a School Trustees for the Canadian Rockies Public School Division and has been involved as a volunteer in the community with numerous organizations.
